Breaking Down Barriers – Business Participation Form
Advancing Workplace Equity and Inclusion

The Sudbury Women’s Centre (SWC) has a proud history of supporting families and individuals in male-populated industries. As workplaces evolve, so do the opportunities to create inclusive environments that empower women.

Our project, Breaking Down Barriers: Advancing Workplace Equity and Inclusion is designed to support businesses that are making strides to include and retain women in traditionally male-populated fields. Through training, tools, and community connections, we help businesses build stronger, more equitable workplaces.
